Body Contouring

We offer a range of body sculpting solutions to help you achieve your desired figure. Our treatments target stubborn pockets of excess fat, allowing you to sculpt your body to perfection. However, it's important to note that body contouring is not suitable for everyone. It is the final step in attaining a flawless body shape, so it's essential to be healthy and not significantly overweight before considering this procedure.

We provide non-surgical body contouring options for those who have diligently followed strict diet and exercise routines but still struggle with stubborn fat deposits. These treatments are available for both men and women and are particularly effective for addressing hereditary areas of fat that are difficult to eliminate.

In our Central Valley mobile, we specialize in the most advanced and least invasive technique for fat reduction: laser body contouring. This innovative treatment does not require incisions, resulting in a smoother recovery process than traditional surgery. With our laser body contouring treatment, you can achieve the desired results without extensive downtime.

Body Contouring Options

Body fat distribution can vary between men and women, with each gender tending to accumulate fat in specific areas. Women commonly store excess fat in the abdominal region and outer hips, while men often have a higher concentration of fat on their abdomen and lower back.

In addition to these differences, women may also experience an aesthetic concern known as cellulite. Cellulite is characterized by skin dimpling and can appear regardless of lifestyle choices. Unfortunately, no exercise routine has been found to eliminate cellulite. The production of estrogen in women is believed to contribute to the development of this condition.

For individuals in the Central Valley area looking to enhance their bodies, we offer non-surgical body contouring as an effective and minimally invasive solution. As the popularity of body contouring continues to grow, several technologies have emerged, providing individuals with various options to achieve their desired results.

  • Cryolipolysis (also known as Coolsculpting)

  • Infrared light source (laser)

  • Radiofrequency

  • Ultrasound

The Science Behind Body Contouring

Body contouring procedures have gained popularity due to their ability to reshape the body by targeting and eliminating unwanted fat cells. While these procedures reduce the number of fat cells, there is more to the science behind body contouring than meets the eye.

One important aspect of body contouring is the concept of fat cell destruction. Laser body contouring, for instance, utilizes advanced technology to deliver laser energy to the targeted areas of the body. This energy is absorbed by the fat cells, causing them to undergo a process called lipolysis, where the fat cells are broken down and destroyed.

By destroying the fat cells, body contouring procedures help reduce the overall number of fat cells in the treated areas. This can lead to a more sculpted appearance and improved body shape. However, it is important to note that the remaining fat cells still have the potential to grow larger if proper diet and exercise are not maintained.

Maintaining a healthy lifestyle is crucial to ensure long-term results after body contouring. While the procedure can remove a significant number of fat cells, it does not guarantee permanent results if unhealthy habits are not addressed. Regular exercise and a balanced diet are essential to prevent the remaining fat cells from compensating by growing larger.

In conclusion, body contouring procedures, such as laser body contouring, work by utilizing advanced technology to destroy fat cells and reshape the body. While the reduction in fat cells can lead to improved body shape, it is important to maintain a healthy lifestyle to sustain long-term results. By combining the science of body contouring with a balanced diet and exercise, individuals can achieve the desired body aesthetics and maintain their shape effectively.

  • A laser or radiofrequency penetrates targeted fat cells.

  • The device liquefies those cells, leaving surrounding cells unaffected.

  • The fat is released into your bloodstream, where it’s processed as waste.

  • The fat cells shrink and deflate like a balloon losing its air.

Ideal Candidates for Body Contouring

Laser body contouring can help men and women with many different body types, but the ideal candidate has:

  • Already committed to making healthy lifestyle changes

  • Maintained good health

  • Stubborn problem areas, especially in the hips, waist, or thighs

Unlock Your Body's Potential with Body Contouring Procedures

If you want to achieve the body shape you've always desired, body contouring surgery and non-surgical options can be the ideal solution. These procedures offer practical ways to slim and shape your body in ways that traditional exercise and diet alone may not be able to achieve. However, it's important to note that body contouring is not a solution for obesity or a substitute for weight loss.

Body contouring procedures target specific areas of the body where stubborn fat cells tend to accumulate. By focusing on these pesky fat cells, body contouring helps to sculpt and enhance your natural curves, resulting in a more defined and toned physique. It is worth mentioning that individuals with excessive weight may not experience the desired outcome from body contouring treatments alone.

To ensure the best possible outcome and minimize potential complications, it is highly recommended that you consult with a certified aesthetician before undergoing any body contouring treatments. By discussing your concerns and goals with us, you can gain valuable insights and personalized guidance to help you make informed decisions about the most suitable treatment options for your needs.

Body contouring procedures offer a transformative approach to slimming and shaping your body. While they are not intended for individuals with excess weight or obesity, they can be highly effective in targeting stubborn fat cells and enhancing your natural curves. Remember to seek the advice of a qualified, certified aesthetician to ensure a safe and successful body contouring experience.

  • What is RF (Radio Frequency)?
RF Radio Frequency is an aesthetic technique that uses RF energy to heat tissue and stimulate subdermal collagen production to reduce the appearance of fine lines and loose skin. The technique induces tissue remodeling and the production of new collagen and elastin, giving the skin a healthy, smooth, and youthful look. The effects of radiofrequency treatments will continue to improve over the next few months as the skin produces new collagen. How long will it last? Results typically last at least six months, although with ongoing treatments, results are often long-lasting. Most patients will require at least three to five treatment appointments to achieve ideal results. Do not do more than two times per week, every 72 hours. Are there any side effects? Depending on the treatment, side effects are typically minimal and short-lived, limited to mild and temporary swelling, redness, and tingling.
  • What is Vacuum RF Radio Frequency?
Vacuum RF Radio Frequency is a slimming treatment technology that selectively targets fat cells while leaving surrounding tissue unharmed. The transverse wave vibrations disrupt fat cell membranes, leading to gradual breakdown and release of stored fat. Damaged fat cells are then disposed of through the lymphatic system. RF therapy uses low-energy radiation to heat the deep layer of your skin called the dermis. This heat stimulates collagen production to help improve wrinkles and sagging skin signs. Research has found that RF therapy is usually safe and can effectively treat mild or moderate signs of aging. How long will it last? Results typically last at least six months, although with ongoing treatments, results are often long-lasting. Most patients will require at least three to five treatment appointments to achieve ideal results. Only do up to two times per week, every 72 hours. Are there any side effects? Side effects are typically minimal and short-lived, limited to mild and temporary swelling, redness with some bruising, and tingling, depending on the treatment.
  • What is Wood Therapy?
Wood Therapy is a vigorous massage technique that utilizes wooden, handheld tools like rolling pins and vacuum-suction cups. Purportedly, wood therapy is centuries old and originated in Asia. The method has grown in popularity, primarily in South America, where people call it maderoterapia. This technique can reduce or eliminate cellulite, increase lymphatic circulation, reduce wrinkles, and even alleviate stress. Since wood therapy is a massage technique, it may be safe to assume that you will experience the benefits of a massage, such as relaxation and alleviation of tight muscles. It may even reduce the appearance of cellulite. When done correctly, massage therapy can support lymphatic drainage, which may reduce cellulite's appearance, at least temporarily. Massage can also help stretch and elongate skin tissue, making the skin appear smoother. How long will it last? Since it's a type of massage, wood therapy may have benefits such as relaxation. It may also help support lymphatic drainage, reducing the look of cellulite for up to 90 days. Wood therapy is more effective as a continuous treatment, just like massages. By that, we mean that the more consistent you are, the more desirable results you will get and the longer they will last. Are there any side effects? Side effects are typically minimal and short-lived, limited to mild and temporary swelling and redness with some bruising, depending on the treatment.
  • What is Ultrasonic Cavitation?
Ultrasonic or Ultrasound Cavitation uses ultrasound technology to break down fat cells below the skin. It is a non-surgical method of reducing cellulite and localized fat. Ultrasonic cavitation tones the body using radio frequencies and low-frequency ultrasonic waves. These waves form bubbles around fat deposits under the skin. The bubbles then burst, breaking the fat deposits into the interstitial and the lymphatic systems, where they are drained. The fat deposits are changed into Glycerol and free fatty acids. The body then reuses Glycerol while free fatty acids travel to the liver and are excreted as waste. In other words, the broken-down fat cells go from the body to the liver, excreted as waste. This treatment method and other weight loss programs are used to help eliminate excessive fat. How long will it last? It is a preferred method of eliminating body fat over other invasive procedures. However, if you consume a high-calorie diet, your weight could return. Since the procedure is customized according to an individual's needs, it might take longer for some than others. However, the standard treatment should be completed in three to twelve sessions, 1 to 2 times per week between sessions, depending on the treatment. Each session is around 15 to 30 minutes. It takes about 6 to 12 weeks to see the results of ultrasonic cavitation. On average, treatment requires 1 to 3 visits for visible results. If you maintain a healthy diet and exercise, the results of this treatment are permanent. Are there any side effects? Unlike surgical fat loss treatments, with Ultrasound Cavitation, there's no pain, scarring, or bleeding, and no risk of infection or downtime is needed for recovery. Some results will be visible immediately, but the entire process can take several days to complete (peak results are usually seen within 72 hours of treatment). Results will depend on the condition of the eliminated fat, including how long it has existed and how dense it is. Typically, you can expect 1 to 2 inches of fat loss after the first treatment and up to 2 inches after each subsequent treatment.
  • What is infrared/red/LED light therapy?
Infrared Red-light therapy —low-level laser therapy or infrared light — is an emerging non-invasive fat removal treatment. The procedure uses a low-irradiance laser that emits wavelengths of red, blue, and infrared light approximately 1–2 inches (2.5–5 cm) into your skin. It targets the layer of fat that sits just below the surface of your skin. Though the mechanism is unclear and controversial, one standard theory is that LLLT temporarily breaks down part of the cell membrane. This allows stored fat cells to leach out, shrink, and be removed through your body’s natural waste removal process. When you attend a laser session, a trained professional will place the laser on each treatment area for 15-60 minutes. How long does this last? Most clinics recommend at least six sessions to see results. There’s no downtime; you can resume your activities right after the session. That said, eating a healthy diet and exercising are strongly encouraged. Regular use will maintain results. It can be done every three days or 72 hours. Are there any side effects? Thermal or heat injuries can happen, depending on the wavelength of the infrared light. Thermal injury can occur even without pain. Also, pregnant women, people with heart diseases, and those who are sick should never undergo infrared therapy.
  • What is CoolSculpting?
CoolSculpting, commonly called fat freezing, is a nonsurgical fat reduction procedure that uses cold temperatures to reduce fat deposits in certain body areas. The method reduces localized fat deposits or bulges that do not respond to diet and exercise. The Food and Drug Administration has approved CoolSculpting to treat fat deposits beneath the chin, upper arms, inner and outer thighs, abdomen, hip/flank ("love handles"), upper back ("brassiere rolls"), lower back, and underneath the buttocks. A handheld device called an applicator is used to freeze the layer of fat cells (adipocytes) underneath the skin. The fat layer is gradually cooled to the target temperature between 30.2- and 39.2 degrees Fahrenheit. After the area is treated, the applicator is removed. The area may be massaged for 2 to 3 minutes to assist with the breakdown of the fat cells. The technique is based on the finding that fat cells are more susceptible to damage from cold temperatures than other cells, such as skin cells. The freezing temperature injures the fat cells. The injury triggers an inflammatory response by the body, resulting in the death of the fat cells. Macrophages, a type of white blood cell and part of the body's immune system are "called to the injury location" to rid the dead fat cells and debris from the body through the lymphatic drainage system. How long will it last? Studies have shown an average fat reduction of between 15 and 28 percent at around four months after initial treatment. However, you may notice changes as early as three weeks after treatment. Dramatic improvement is seen after about two months. If more than one treatment session is needed, the next session can only be performed 4 to 8 weeks after the first session. This is because it can take a long time for damaged fat cells to be eliminated from the body. Results should be evident later. Since fat cells are removed gradually from the body, achieving optimal results can take 3 to 6 months. Are there any side effects? There is a risk that the skin surface may be irregular/not smooth after healing. There is no damage to nerve fibers, blood vessels, or muscles or lasting damage to the skin in the treatment area. Fat cells damaged or destroyed are permanently removed from the body. Patients do not need to be sedated or anesthetized before undergoing the procedure. More than one body area may be treated in a single session. Most people can resume their normal daily activities immediately after treatment. One rare side effect that may occur is paradoxical adipose hyperplasia. In this rare condition, the size of fat cells increases after CoolSculpting. Men and people of Hispanic ethnicity are more likely to experience it. Weight gain is possible after undergoing CoolSculpting. Fat may be deposited in other areas of the body.
  • What is Ice Mud Sculpting or CoolSculpting?
Ice mud sculpting or CoolSculpting is a form of cryotherapy that accelerates the metabolism and burns fat during and following the treatment. You can burn up to 600 calories in one session! It can effectively reduce size, burn fat through thermogenesis, and firm and enhance tissues. Full-body ice Treatment helps reset your metabolism and activates the lymph system, reducing inflammation. Ice Therapy is a treatment that converts stored fat into energy, reducing measurements, firming, toning, detoxifying, and targeting unwanted fat. Thermogenesis is a part of ice therapy. It’s a process that creates heat when cold is applied to the body. This process helps burn your adipose tissue (white fat cells). How long does this last? Clients have lost 2 to 4 inches in just one session, and their skin and cellulite have diminished. This treatment combines and improves the fat-burning action and reaffirms the skin without diet or exercise. Studies have shown an average fat reduction of between 15 and 28 percent at around four months after initial treatment. However, you may notice changes as early as three weeks after treatment. Dramatic improvement is seen after about two months. If more than one treatment session is needed, the next session can’t be performed until 4 to 8 weeks after the first session. More than one body area may be treated in a single session. Most people can resume their normal daily activities immediately after treatment. One rare side effect that may occur is paradoxical adipose hyperplasia. In this rare condition, the size of fat cells increases after cryotherapy. Men and people of Hispanic ethnicity are more likely to experience it. Weight gain is possible after undergoing cryotherapy. Fat may be deposited in other areas of the body.
  • What is a Sauna Detox Blanket?
Like a regular sauna, blankets help detoxify the body from unwanted chemicals and break up fatty tissue deposits. On the outside, you may notice reduced cellulite and weight loss. What is an infrared sauna blanket? It's essentially an infrared sauna — which uses infrared rays to heat the body directly — but in blanket form. So, instead of having four walls and a bench for sitting, an infrared sauna blanket wraps around your body like a sleeping bag that plugs into a wall and heats up. We always recommend wearing clothes inside the blanket. Simple exercise clothes and a pair of socks will be perfect. But you'll sweat a lot, so staying hydrated is essential. An infrared sauna blanket can be beneficial in reducing pain and inflammation in the body. Many people have found pain relief when using the blanket, whether for regular aches and pains or chronic pain issues. How long will it last? It can be used daily, but you'll experience benefits if you use it 2 to 3 times a week. Are there any side effects? Saunas can boost your immune system by raising the body temperature and giving you an "artificial" fever, causing heat discomfort or intolerance, which was rated as mild to moderate, low blood pressure (hypotension), light-headedness, leg pain, airway irritation and or claustrophobia.
  • What is Vibration Plate Exercise?
Whole-body vibration, a method where you stand, sit, or lie on a machine with a vibrating platform, has the potential to inspire your fitness journey. As the machine vibrates, it transmits energy to your body, causing your muscles to contract and relax dozens of times each second. Advocates believe that as little as 15 minutes a day of whole-body vibration three times a week could aid in weight loss, fat burning, improved flexibility, enhanced blood flow, reduced muscle soreness, strength building, and decreased cortisol levels. Research also suggests that whole-body vibration, when combined with a calorie-restricted diet, could lead to improved muscle strength and weight loss. This method could be the key to reducing back pain, improving strength and balance in older adults, and mitigating bone loss. How long does it last? With a continued healthy diet and exercise, you can maintain results permanently. Are there any side effects? The activity may cause you to feel as if you're exerting yourself. It can feel a little off balance; balancing on plates is critical.
  • What is Booty/Breast Vacuum Therapy?
Get your Booty or Breasts augmented without any surgery! Booty/Breast Vacuum Therapy is the most revolutionary non-surgical butt and breast enhancement technique that gradually lifts and plumps the buttocks and breasts. Enlarges and firms the buttocks/breasts without surgery, increases the flexibility of the skin, instantly lifts the buttocks/breasts by up to 70%, improves venous and lymphatic flow, exfoliates the epidermis for smoother skin, stimulates the dermis and hypodermis as well as the muscles. Vacuum therapy is noninvasive and has minimal side effects. Treatment sessions typically last 30–45 minutes once or twice a week. The best results usually require six to ten sessions. How long will it last? Most people report feeling positive results from Vacuum therapy for up to six months after their last session. During this period, the butt muscles are likely to stay firmer and more toned. After six months, the results may begin to diminish, depending on how much muscle tone you have and your active lifestyle. Are there any side effects? Vacuum therapy is not painful. Patients say they feel pressure when the device is first applied, but the treatment should not cause pain or discomfort. It does not typically cause pain, although you might have momentary discomfort when the suction is first started or turned off. Your skin might feel "tight" or "tingly" or look a little puffy immediately after treatment, but this is temporary. You may have red marks and temporary indentation from suction cups.
  • What is an EMS Electronic Muscle Stimulator?
EMS sculpt contracts muscles beyond what is possible through voluntary effort, yielding better muscle tone and enhanced fat reduction. The process works by directing highly focused electromagnetic energy to the area, forcing the muscles to contract 100% and holding it there for up to six seconds. How long does it last? The results of a study showed that abdominal fat was reduced among the study participants by an average of nearly 19%, abdominal muscle tissue increased by 15%, and abdominal muscle separation (which can cause your belly to protrude) was reduced by as much as 10%. But even invasive plastic surgeries like tummy tucks and liposuction can't promise permanent weight loss results because the remaining fat cells can grow and expand with weight gain. The muscle built with EMS sculpt treatments can last six months or more, but the benefits will fade over time, like all muscle mass. Are there any side effects? The most common side effect that has occurred with the use of the EMS sculpt is skin soreness after the treatment session. However, it is not a severe condition. It is just a feeling of touchiness that you usually experience after a vigorous workout.
